Marina Bay is the name of a complex of 10 houses built on the banks of the Giscle , the river that separates Port Cogolin and Port Grimaud. The villa is located near Grimaud and Saint Tropez, on the French Riviera.
You can access it with your own boat and dock it (provided it passes under the bridge – about 3 meters high) .
A swimming pool is common to ten houses. It is maintained by a specialized company . Only 3 houses are offered for rent, attendance is limited. The other houses are private homes.
The house consists of two bedrooms (one double bed and two single beds), 2 bathrooms, a large living room with a kitchen, dining room, lounge, four televisions and air conditioning. Secure parking is also available. A large private terrace gives direct access to docks overlooking the Giscle . Private parking with an electric door is also available.
The house is for rent for a weekend or a week. Longer stays are also possible.
The house is ideal for 4 people, a fifth child is allowed.
PRICES
The house is rented for a weekend or a week.
Prices are discounted if you take several weeks , they included a final cleaning, mooring possible with 150 € / week , you need to take your bath towels and beds.
For the weekend: 500 to 800 €
For a week: from 1350 € to 2000 € .
A deposit of € 750 is required on account before arrival to cover any damage, it is not limited in case of dispute, the deposit is returned after final cleaning on account within 15 days of your departure .
